# NFT Lease

One of the main problems in **P2E** games is high thresholds for entering the game, in order to feel on an equal footing with those who have more funds.

Especially for this, monopoly makes it possible to lease an [**NFT Hero**](/gameplay-1/nft-moon-heroes.md). Thus, users will be able to play with [**NFT hero**](/gameplay-1/nft-moon-heroes.md), using its special abilities.

**Conditions & requirements:**

Lease period - 4/12/24 Weeks.

A limited number of characters. 

Weekly payment rate set by Moonpoly.

Chance to purchase NFT characters, paying for each NFT character by parts. 

Payment failure leads to NFT characters being lost without refund.
